Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take walk-ins?

Welker Chiropractic accepts walk-ins for ESTABLISHED patients only. All new patients must schedule their first appointment. Same-day appointments are often available for new patients - give us a call to get scheduled! (406) 723-3200

Please note: We happily accept established-patient walk-ins, however, we will always take SCHEDULED patients back for treatment first. We will do our best to get you in and out for treatment as quickly as possible. Your patience is greatly appreciated. If you would like to know how busy we are, please give us a call before you come.

Trudy Healy (LMT) and Cim LeProwse (APRN-FNP-C) DO NOT accept walk-ins - please call them directly to schedule your appointment.

Do you accept insurance?

Welker Chiropractic accepts most major insurance carriers. We currently are unable to bill Montana Medicaid - MT Medicaid does not cover chiropractic care for adults. We are also unable to bill TriWest Healthcare. (Veterans Affairs patients must request a referral from their primary care provider in order for their chiropractic care to be covered by the VA.)

Trudy Healy is unable to bill insurance for her clients, but is willing to provide receipts for clients to recoup costs through their insurance on their own time. Please let her know when you schedule your appointment that you’ll need a receipt to provide to your insurance.

Please contact Cim LeProwse directly for a list of accepted insurance carriers.
